Students at all Year levels have opportunities to lead and serve in school, local and global communities in a number of ways including:

• Participation in worship and assemblies
• Being involved in the LORDS Student Council
• Buddy System across the school
• Formal leadership positions such as School Captain, Vice School Captain, Junior School Captain, House Captain, and Cultural Captain
• Forming partnerships with local and global organisations such as Australian Lutheran World Service (overseas aid agency)
• Working with the local Lutheran congregation and supporting their work
• Mentoring and coaching programs
• Organising student events within the school

Leadership is based on collaboration an understanding of what the needs of the community are and how we can use our gifts and talents to serve people in our community.
